i need tO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT, how do i do that?

When you book an appointment, you’ll receive a text and/or email notification from your stylist. this notification contains a link that allows you to manage your appointment and should you choose to cancel or reschedule, you can.

cancellation policy is limited to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, in which the client’s card on file will be charged 50%. no showing or extreme tardiness to an appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service to the client’s card on file.

where can i park by the salon?

we have free street parking along chalmers along with three dedicated parking spaces for our salon in our parking lot.

what is your late rescheduling policy?

I’m allergic to xyz, can i still get my hair done?

our product lines and color lines both have incredibly transparent ingredient lists, and we are happy to find a solution for you dependent on any allergies or sensitivities you may have. feel free to reach out to your stylist in advance if you have any queries.
